PakGenie Rewards is our way of saying thank you. Every order earns points, and points turn into money off your next order. It's free to join: just create an account with the email you use at checkout.
1. How you earn points
- You earn 1 point for every $1 of products in a paid order.
- Shipping, express shipping fees, taxes and discounts don't earn points.
- Points are added automatically once your order is paid, and appear in your account under Rewards.
- Orders placed with the same email as your account count, including orders placed before you signed up, as long as they are within the last 365 days.
2. How you use points
- 100 points = $1 off.
- Redeem from 500 points ($5 off), in steps of 100 points.
- When you redeem, we create a one-time coupon code in your account under Coupons & offers. Enter it at checkout.
- A reward code can cover up to 10% of an order. For example, a $20 code works on orders with a product subtotal of $200 or more.
- Reward codes can't be combined with other discount codes on the same order, are valid for one year, and can be used once.
3. When points expire
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of the order that earned them. Points earned more than 365 days ago expire automatically.
4. Refunds and cancellations
If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are removed. If you've already redeemed those points, we may deduct them from your balance.
5. Other terms
- Points and reward codes have no cash value, can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, and are tied to your account.
- One account per person or business. We may suspend rewards or close accounts involved in fraud or abuse of the program.
- We may change or end PakGenie Rewards at any time. If we end the program, we will give at least 30 days' notice on this page, and you can redeem eligible points during that time.
